“Re-Defining Beauty” : To start the evening, a brief moment was given as BYS Cosmetics shared the joy of their launch by donating a generous amount to the ABS-CBN Foundation.
Afterwards, on to the highlight of the night: Mr. Michael Burgeois, a design consultant to top international brands like Topshop/Topman, Dorothy Perkins, and Marc Jacobs flew in to Manila directly from Paris to give us a make-up trend forecast in which BYS cosmetics had duly prepared and answered for.
With styles ranging from plain, dark, neon, gold, and bright themes, what followed after Mr. Burgeois presentation was a runway show of 20 models, led by five beauty queens, as they showcased the 4 Major Make Up Trends for 2012 and 2013 that Mr. Burgeois had discussed earlier with the crowd.

Just look at all those vibrant hues! It is said that the models’ make-up were made by top professional make up artists: Elaine de Silva and Carell Garcia and you bet that they perfectly highlighted BYS’ various and unique colors, as well as the versatility of the brand!
To cap the night off, BYS Australia CEO Ed Aiken was also present during the affair, expressing his excitement over how the BYS experience is now made available to the modern day Filipinas.
Mr. Aiken had of course, thanked Tony Chua, the President of iFace Inc., because it was of him and his company that made it possible for the brand to debut and be distributed here in the Philippines.
