Craving for some sweet snacks? Cajita is the place to be. Their Churros are as good as the best churros in town and more affordable, too. The texture and the crunch are perfect, as is their not-too-sweet chocolate dip. They will be coming up with more variants of churros and pairings soon, too, which is reason enough for us to keep coming back to Cajita.

Another must try is Baste and Taste, which mostly offers grilled dishes. The chicken dishes that they serve, including Ata Kiken and Oh Soy Tasty are enormously huge for their prices, making them very sulit. Don’t forget to try their pasta dish, Ode To Maria, either, especially if you are a seafood pasta lover like me. This pasta dish is very Pinoy using “dilis” as one of the ingredients and yet it’s combined with Italian flavours to make it unique. They also have Peri Peri Chicken Espetada, the texture and the presentation of which you’ll surely love, too.

For Japanese and Mexican cuisine lovers, Ozawa Noritako offers a very interesting fusion of Japanese and Mexican cuisine. A must-try is their Beef Tenderloin Steak Noritako. This dish doesn’t just have Japanese and Mexican flavours, but also main ingredients popular to each cuisine, as well: maki for Japanese and tacos for Mexican. It got my two thumbs up!

Hotdog sandwiches that are unique? Colonel Frank’s is best known for that. A must-try is their Commander in Cheese, which is a sausage sandwich with baked cheese macaroni on top sprinkled with bacon bits and potato chips on the sides – all in one bun. Now, that’s pretty interesting, right? And wait until you have tasted it! It tastes even better than it looks. Pair it with one of their colorful drinks and you’ve got one perfect snack meal right there.
