Looks like the Donaire-Bedak title match has a new venue.
According to reports, the match was originally scheduled to take place in the Smart-Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, but was moved to Cebu city.
It would be the first time Donaire will fight in front of his Cebuano fans, which are known to be the most passionate fans of the sport; Top Rank CEO Bob Arum is also expected in the event.
The new venue would be the open-air Cebu City Sports Complex, which can hold up to 20,000 fans.
This would be the first title match of Donaire (36-3, 23 knockouts) since regaining the 122-pound title in a rough fight with Cesar Juarez last year.
Are you going to Cebu for the match?
