This year, the Event Management class section HTB31 of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management (DLS-CSB SHRIM) will hold an event entitled “Bottle of the Bands.” The event is themed as Original Pinoy Music. It is a competition of amateur bands playing Original Pinoy Music (OPM) songs. We will be having six (6) competing bands, and three (3) guest bands namely, Agsunta, Luna and BannaHarbera.
This will be held on the 15th of November 2016, 5:00PM – 8:00PM at the SDA Theatre, 5th floor of the School of Design and Arts Building, 950 Ocampo St., Malate, Manila, 1004 Metro Manila. “Bottle of the Bands” aims to raise awareness on environment protection by gathering plastic bottles which will then be donated to a chosen charitable recycling center.All attendees are encouraged to bring plastic bottles because these bottles will serve as a means of voting by the audience for their chosen band. This event will also serve as a venue for musically inclined students to showcase their skills, talents and love for music.
Bottle of the Bands is open for Benildean and Lasallian students, alumni, faculty and the general public. Tickets will be sold at PHP 150. For ticket reservations, please contact us through Facebook @bottleofthebands2016.
