Regardless of the differences that we have, it’s comforting to see that every Filipino citizen try to exercise their right to vote to better the country.
And some even do it in style.
Spotted casting his vote while wearing traditional apparel is 73 year old Bontoc tribal leader, Bong Cawed. He casted his vote, showing respect for the electoral process in the 2016 Philippine Presidential Election. He was accompanied by his daughter at the polls.
Apparently, the tribal elder has been voting while donning their tribal apparel even way before. A photo of him has also been shared in 2013.
