Bogart the Explorer and Mikey Bustos Graces When In Manila’s Beauty and the Geek Party!
WhenInManila is truly honored to have 2 of today’s biggest internet sensations, Bogart the Explorer and Mikey Bustos as guests during our most recent event, Beauty and the Geek Party held last Oct. 2, 2013 at The Distillery, Fort!
I have been a long time fan of Bogart the Explorer due to his witty antics and hilarious videos! When I heard he was gonna be a part of WhenInManila a few months ago, I was like, “NOOOO WAYYYY!!” Cool indeed attracts cool and having him as part of WIM makes me extra proud that I’m also a part of this family!
Mikey Bustos is also someone whom I really respect and look up to. During the event, he had a short talk on how to have successful viral videos. According to him, there’s really no secret, but the key is rather having GOOD QUALITY CONTENT! Behind his funny informative videos is actually a true blue geeky “perfectionist” who makes sure that he publishes content with class! No wonder both Bogart the Explorer and Mikey Bustos have become really famous because of the quality content and passion with every project they do.
Meeting them finally in the flesh were simply super cool and fellow WIMSTERS like me we soooo excited to have our photos with them! Too bad I wasn’t able to have a photo with Bogart the Explorer but I’m sure there will be a next time! =)
It was indeed a night with loads food, fun, prizes and endless cam whoring!
