Beurre Farine Patisserie, or BF Patisserie, is a home-based baking business located in BF Homes, Paranaque. Making their debut in 2013, joining bazaars made them popular among pastry lovers. Even if you’re not a sweets addict, though, it’s not a problem!  They invest in high quality ingredients to ensure superior quality and taste and with just the right amount of sweetness. 

 

One great product that Beurre Farine Patisserie offers is their signature line of premium chilled cakes called DigDeepCups, which are basically eaten by digging deep into a cup and getting all of the layers out in one scoop. Yummy! I was never actually a fan of carrot cake before, but their version instantly twisted my perspective! I’m not the only one, either, as others who have tried this have also been converted. 

 

 

 

Health buff? No problem! They also have the S’morola, which is a cross between S’mores and Granola bars. The chewiness of S’mores plus the crumbliness of the granola gives off two different yet complimenting textures that are pleasing to the tongue. Plus, granola is rich in fiber, is made from oats and has minimal calories; so, for those on a diet, this can be your cheat-minus-the-guilt snack!

Although they have typical dessert product offerings like Carrot Walnut Cake, Rich Chocolate Cake, Oreo Cheesecake and Ensaymada, they still make sure that all of their recipes are carefully tested to ensure the perfect balance of flavor, texture and aroma. They also have unique flavoured offerings like Earl Grey Tea-infused cheesecake, Nutella cheesecake, Cheddar cheese-Jalapeno cupcakes, Pandan-Coconut cupcakes and their bestselling S’morolas!

 

 

Love Nutella? This cheesecake lovingly called Filbert will make satisfy your sweet tooth for only Php100 per cup!

You think it’s over? Not yet! If your mouth is already watering from everything that I’ve mentioned above, then get ready for more because they have cakes, too! BF Patisserie’s cakes are customized based on what you want. If you’re working around a budget, they will also consult you first before starting to work on your cake’s design and size, too. This just goes to show how important their customers really are to them. Just make sure you give them a week’s allowance for customized orders!
