Best Macarons in Manila at Mrs. Grahams Cafe in Scout Rallos, Quezon City

When In Manila and you’re craving for something sweet and unique, then I strongly suggest you to drop by Scout Rallos in Quezon City where you’ll find the best macarons in Manila at Mrs. Graham’s Cafe.

I won’t pretend to know all about macarons, but Mrs. Grahams has certainly kept me coming back for more. Where else would you taste a BIBINGKA AND SALTED EGG macaron? Mrs. Grahams first came out to the public early 2013 and I had the priviledge of knowing the lovely couple, Chris and Anna Graham. They started small, selling online through Facebook and in the different food bazaars in the metro. But something this good could never be kept a secret. The word got out and they officially opened their first cafe last January 22, 2014 at Scout Rallos, Quezon City.

Macarons have recently been gaining popularity around Manila, and for good reason. These sweet little treats are a bit of heaven: a delectable ganache or buttercream filling in between two perfectly shaped almond shells that are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside.  Who wouldn’t love something so sweet? Though a bunch of cafes have already started selling their own versions of heavenly macarons, Mrs. Grahams Cafe has got to be the most unique. It’s not just the taste of each macaron that makes Mrs. Grahams Cafe best in my books, but the unique flavors they make.

I often recommend people to try the S’MORES as I have grown quite fond of this. However after all the new flavors Mrs. Graham’s keeps coming up with, I am now at a complete lost what my favorite macaron is! I swear they’re all good! Even the “weird” flavors like Bibinka or Pancake were surprisingly good!
