Last February 4, 2017 MommiEvents in collaboration with Unified Makeup Artists of the Philippines, SLAM Events Production and Evia Lifestyle Center brought together Lesson 1: The Essentials of Beauty and MOMness, a series of classes made by moms for moms about Beauty amidst all the MOMness.
Motherhood is one of the most wonderful things that could ever be from a woman and the truth is it can be challenging, exhausting and stressful sometimes leaving moms with no time to pamper or treat ourselves to the salon in favor of a bit more sleep or doing the laundry instead.
In more occasions than one, we moms have no choice but to DIY our make-up during casual gatherings and formal events. The question is, are you confident of it? Are you doing it right?
The heart of Beauty and MOMness is to awaken every mom’s awareness of the beauty within, unlock unknown beauty skills and unleash confidence through make-up and skincare. In this class, professional make-up artistsCharisma Tiangco, Arcie Fores Romero-Salas, Mary Ann Oblea, Bunny Marfil, Michelle Viray and Kit Bautista came together in the advocacy to teach moms the basics in putting on make-up, choosing the right products that match their skin type, using the right make-up tools and dedicated their time and effort to give tips, tricks and techniques on make-up and skincare.
The result was astonishing. Moms who came in bare faced and clueless about makeup stood out empowered to conquer grooming and shaping eyebrows and confident to face the world with renewed enthusiasm of their new learning and start-up stash inside their Beauty & MOMness Kit which contained various products thanks to the Co-presentor, L.A. Girl Cosmetics, alongside the following Sponsors, Biore, Jergens, Inglot, Perfetto Salon, Suesh, Ellana Cosmetics, and DermaGold. The event was covered by the Media Partners: LifeStyle Channel, Keen Eyes Productions and WhenInManila.com.
