Showbiz does run in the Swift blood!
25-year-old Austin Swift may be Taylor Swift’s younger brother, but it seems that he’s taking on a different path than his pop star sibling! The actor (yes, he’s an actor!) just landed a role in an indie film called Whaling, where he’s starring alongside Pretty Little Liars alum Tammin Sursok!
According to entertainment reports, Whaling is a comedy film following two estranged siblings, a brother and a sister, who go on a road trip to dispose of their mom’s ashes after she dies. Austin plays a hustler who runs into the sibs and pretty much leads them into a plot twist.
Tammin wrote the film and her husband, Sean McEwen is signing on as director.
This isn’t Austin’s first acting gig, though. The younger Swift has acted in movies such as “I.T.” and “Live by Night”. We’re calling it, though: He’s going to be a huge movie star.
