We took a look at the ZenFone 2 Laser, gave it a try, and needless to say, we were impressed! Here are 4 reasons why the ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser is worth your money:

4. Loooong battery life!

The 2 Laser boasts of a 3000mAh battery, which is great news for smartphone users who suffer constant battery problems and have to bring their power bank with them at all times. The 2 Laser, from my experience, can last for two days on a single charge— a stark contrast from my iPhone which can get drained within a day. So when you’re out for a jampacked day, you don’t need to worry about your lifeline suddenly dying and failing you. The ZenFone 2 Laser’s battery life will definitely not disappoint.

3. Stylish and elegant design that is not as expensive

The ZenFone 2 Laser has a neat and sleek design, giving that air of elegance to the phone. It also retains the signature Zen design, with a metallic finish at the bottom of the phone. I especially liked the red satin feel on the back of the phone, and you can bet that there are other classic colors to choose from. It’s stylish, sexy, with a classic feel that can easily rival expensive smartphones on the market— save for the price!

The Laser also has a 5.5 inch HD display, crafted with the Gorilla Glass 4, which is definitely more durable than its predecessor, the ZenFone 2. So if you’re the kind to drop your phone a lot, you don’t need to worry about breaking the display with its durability, and it’s likely to stay scratch and smudge-free as well.

.

2. Tons of shooting modes and great camera quality

The star of the Laser is definitely its camera functions, with a 13-megapixel rear camera with an f.2/0 wide-aperture lens— making it easy-peasy to capture stunning photos with high quality. Unlike other midrange smartphones, the camera has virtually zero shutter lag, and the laser auto-focus technology the Laser has, allows the camera to focus on subjects much, much quicker. Its Low Light mode also allows you to capture photos effectively even at night, without a need for flash.

Selfie fan? The Laser has a 5-megapixel front camera, with a Beautification setting that allows you to soften your skin, brighten your face, add some color to your cheeks, make your face look thinner, and much more to achieve that picture-perfect selfie! Even when using flash, the Laser has a Real Tone capability to ensure warm skin tones and accurate color— no more washed-out skin tones!

It’s also like have a DSLR in handy with the Laser, with its Manual mode! Control the more advanced settings of your camera such as the ISO and shutterspeed, giving the camera user more free will to take that perfect shot.

1. Fast and easy to use

I have a pet peeve about some midrange smartphones, and it’s that when the phone does not respond well to my fingers— either it’s too slow a response, or I end up pressing the wrong keys especially when texting! Annoying, right? What’s amazing about the Laser is that the tactile response did not disappoint— it was fast and easy, without any lags!

Hate phones that heat up? So do we! The great news is that the Laser does NOT overheat— thanks to its Snapdragon 410 processor that allows the phone to run smoothly.

Bottomline? If you’re looking for a smartphone that’s going to last long, with great camera quality, and efficient functions without burning a hole in your pocket, look no further than the ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser, and #SeeWhatOthersCantSee.
