Are Bro Rompers the Next Big Thing in Male Fashion?

Rompers – as a woman, I have a love-hate relationship with them. As cute as they may be, they’re a bitch to wear all day in public. Why? Well, they’re pretty much like a onesie, meaning: whenever you have to go to the bathroom, you have to take the whole thing off. And sitting naked in a public restroom with your romper off is probably one of the most awkward things I have ever had to do in my life.

Well, it looks like rompers have made it into the world of male fashion – and a lot of guys are surprisingly loving them. In fact, I first heard about them from a male friend who enthusiastically exclaimed, “I want one of these!!!” It probably works better for men, actually – if they have some sort of way to help them pee with ease while wearing one, anyway. :p

The bro romper trend started trending this week after the ‘RompHim’ project launched on Kickstarter. The male rompers are offered in various prints and colours to suit any man’s preference:

Judging by the popularity of the campaign – with them raising more than $136,000 in just 2 days – it looks like a lot of men are interested in this. The question is: would men in the Philippines be interested in this? And for the ladies: would you let your man wear a romper? Most importantly, is there an easy way to pee in it?
