When I bought my laptop and TV, I always wondered if I can afford to get some really nice speakers. Full blown surround sound was out of the picture because those cost a fortune, but I was surprised to find the Altec Lansing Helix that boasts sound quality packed in these three cubes, for much more affordable price.
I knew the audio quality would be really good because my earphones before was the same brand and it lasted for a few years. They have an audio line dedicated to music professionals, speakers for cars, computers, and they were even the first brand to make an iPhone docking speaker.
For Php 4,999 you get two speakers and one subwoofer that is perfect to pair with your television to enhance your movie experience.
You can connect your mobile phone, laptop, TV, or music player to the Altec Lansing Helix speakers with the provided RCA cable, or through the card reader and USB port on the side.
There is also a volume level regulator for bass and treble so you can enhance and adjust the sound to your liking.
It took me a while to open the box and I was afraid I couldn’t put the speakers together, but setting it up turned out to be quite simple.
On the back you can see the on-off button, the power chord, and the wires that connect the two speakers to the main subwoofer. It also has the RCA cable where you can plug in your gadgets.
