To celebrate the anime’s 20th year, Clamp, the creator of Cardcaptor Sakura, will bring back the series on screen with a brand new plot and title—Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card Arc. Despite these new elements though, a lot of people from the original series will be back to make the series feel like home yet again. Sakura Tange and Aya Hisakawa both return as the voices of Sakura and Keroberos, respectively, while Moria Asaka remains to direct, too. Expect Tomoyo, Yukito, and Li Syaoran to be back as well, of course, for what is Cardcaptor Sakura without them?

Cardcaptor Sakura is about a ten-year-old girl who accidentally releases a deck of magical cards she found in their basement. Now she has to find each card, seal them, and put them back, with the help of Keroberos, the cards’ guardian. The Japanese anime first aired in 1998 and was a huge hit.
