That’s what me and my friend Que of Takbo.ph went through in this quaint backyard gym owned by Francesca Letswing.

The fun thing about aerial swing yoga is that your body is supported by the swing, so yoga poses aren’t too difficult to do, especially the inversions. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Aerial swing yoga is really good for the abs because you need to keep them tight to maintain balance as you move. Add dumbbells to the equation and you get a full body workout!

As we all know, yoga is about practicing stillness and calming the mind and this type of yoga is no different.

I’ve been doing yoga (albeit inconsistently) for the past 2 years or so, following videos on Youtube, and I must admit that attending a class with a trainer telling you to do just 1 more when you feel like giving up makes a big difference.
