7 Women We Love Who Love Keds as Much as We Do

I love Keds. (Read more about my love for Keds here.) Aside from style and comfort, though, another thing that I love about Keds is that a lot of the women I look up to or have admired at least once in my life seem to swear by Keds, too. Here are 7 women that I’ve looked up to in my life wearing Keds (and looking amazing while they’re at it!):

7 Women We Love Who Love Keds as Much as We Do

Taylor Swift

While she may have stirred up a lot of gossip and controversy this year, you cannot deny that Taylor Swift is quite the fashionista. In fact, she looks great in anything!

Plus, her girl-next-door vibe is perfect for Keds. It isn’t any wonder why she has her own collection for them!

Mischa Barton

When I was in my early teen years, Mischa Barton played a huge part of my life because of her role as Marissa Cooper in ‘The O.C.’ As with Taylor, she had a very laid-back girl-next-door charm that I loved and she, too, was the face of Keds back then.

Kelly Kapowski on ‘Saved by the Bell’

If you’ve ever watched the TV show ‘Saved by the Bell’, you’ll know who Kelly Kapowski is. Played by Tiffani Thiessen, Kelly always looked great in her Keds shoes, all laid-back and comfy. Every girl wished she could just chill at home and look as put-together as Kelly on a daily basis!

Baby in ‘Dirty Dancing’

This is important because Jennifer Grey as Baby in ‘Dirty Dancing’ showed us that you can DANCE IN KEDS, too! Yes, that’s just how comfortable and versatile the brand is.

Marilyn Monroe

As classy and as glamorous as Marilyn Monroe may have looked a lot of the time, she found comfort in Keds, too!

Jackie O

Even the First Lady of John F. Kennedy wore Keds in her downtime!

Audrey Hepburn

And of course, my ultimate favorite icon of all time: Audrey Hepburn, who proves that both class and comfort can go together with a pair of Keds. 🙂

As you can see, all of these women have a different sense of fashion and were seen as icons in different decades (did you know Keds is celebrating 100 years this 2016? 🙂 – and yet they all wear the same comfortable and fashionable shoes: Keds. This goes to show that Keds truly is a brand to trust and wear for centuries more to come. Happy birthday, Keds! 😀
