4. Loboc River
Another great place to dine would be on the Loboc River Cruise. Truth be told, I completely ignored the food when we went on this cruise for lunch, though. The food is good, don’t get me wrong; but this is what you’re really going here for:
There are picturesque views, no matter where the boat takes you.
There is also a stop-over where locals will serenade you with ukuleles and put on a dance show. The best part? You can sit down and learn how to play the ukulele if you want to, and even join in on the tinikling fun!
Plus, the music during the cruise is downright amazing. I was surprised to hear some of my favorite songs being played and everyone in our group was singing along. It was almost like being at a karaoke party with friends… but with a great view to enjoy and take pictures of at the same time. I would especially recommend this to couples who simply want to lay back and enjoy nature from afar.

3. The Resorts
There are various beautiful resorts in Bohol that you can visit and enjoy. However, we stayed at South Palms Resort Panglao during our trip, so that is the place that became my haven and paradise for a few days.
Palm trees, bean bags on the beach and the finest powdery white sand I have ever felt in my life. People say that the beach at South Palms reminded them a lot of Boracay, just sans the crowd, tugs-tugs music and busy-ness. South Palms provides the ultimate place of relaxation and peace.
They had unli-bacon in their breakfast buffet to boot! 😉
