The Young Hoteliers’ Exposition (YHE) is a trimestral school-wide event that gives great opportunities for aspiring hoteliers and restaurateurs to showcase and elevate their talents, skills, and creativity in the field of culinary arts, hospitality and the travel and tourism industry. This is done through multiple activities that enable students to engage in camaraderie-centered competitions. Morover, it is a great opportunity for the students to be acquainted with good companies and their premium quality products.
The School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management (SHRIM) of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde will be celebrating its 50th Young Hoteliers’ Exposition this coming October 23-25, 2017 at the Angelo King International Center.
In line with this year’s YHE theme “MASSKARA,” we would like to give our audience a GRAND and BLISSFUL celebration that they will never forget. There will be a series of exciting and hyperactive events, competitions, and seminars during the whole duration of YHE Week. These events aren’t only for the participants to experience first-hand, but also for the audience to have a feel of the colorful and joyful atmosphere of MASSKARA Festival. This term’s YHE Week aims to explore and discover the multi-dimensional and dynamic characteristics of each student in the SHRIM community.
