Music Festivals are not new in the Philippines, from open grounds to beaches, we all have it. But Lio Beach Fest is on a whole other level as it combines visual arts, music and the magnificent nature of El Nido.

El Nido, commonly known as a vacation destination is not just about the beautiful beach but also the home of arts. The recently held, Lio Beach Fest is a 3day celebration of artists and here are the things you missed!

World Class Music

Composed of local and foreign acts, Lio Beach Fest’s line-up is one of the most creatively put together group pf musicians from different genres. We loved June Marieezy, Cory Henry & the Funk Apostles, Swooping Duck and of course FKJ who not only played on stage but also joined the audience for some dancing.

Lio Tourism Estate Retail Row

Lio nestles the retail row where you can find culinary diversity whatever cuisine you are looking for. We personally loved El Nido Grill that serves super delicious seafood and Pair-a-dice burgers.

Mellow Yellow Sunset Cruise

Composed of Lagoons and secret beaches, El Nido is also the place to catch the most beautiful sunsets. The cruise brings you to a place where you have the perfect view of the sunset.

Art to pique your senses

Local artists had collaborated with Lio Beach Fest to showcase art installations that tell stories of Palawan. We loved the sea turtle installation that illuminated the path going to the music festival grounds.

Breath Taking View

We don’t really need to say this, but the islands of El Nido are magical. Like nature had waved it’s wand to create white sand beaches and lagoons that are both beautiful and mysterious.
