5 Reasons Why the Palace Pool Club’s New Year’s Eve Ball Was So Lit

It’s goodbye 2016 to all its crazy antics and unsuspecting sideswipes that left all our mouths agape. But of course with the New Year, we also look back at 2016’s proud moments, as we look forward to what 2017 has in store for us.
And what better way to celebrate New Year’s Eve than going to the Palace Pool Club’s New Year’s Eve Ball! Here is a recap and why it was so LIT.

5. Fireworks at 12 MN

3…2…1… Happy New Year! And it’s totally fine if you don’t have anyone to kiss since a massive fireworks display is released into the sky at that exact moment. And if you weren’t able to catch it, there was another at 2 AM.

4. Rain didn’t dampen the party

It started to rain as early as the first fireworks display, but that wasn’t going to dampen the celebration. Fireworks kept rising to the sky as rain kept pouring down. It was actually refreshing.

3. BL3R churned out music all night

The party kept on going until daybreak thanks to the unwavering energy of the DJs and the hosts. EDM and new school beats were continuously pumping out of the speakers.

2. Visual spectacle

To complement the dope beats, the stage featured a massive LED display that with visuals. Effects like confetti bombs and smoke emissions urged people to let go of their inhibitions for the night.

1. Everybody was having a good time

People were so game that night that many were in the pool swimming, while others who just met were dancing in groups. It was invigorating to see so many people having a purely good time. And even in tita mode, it was still a blast.
