5 Ideas for Real Change: How to Effectively Reduce Crime in the Philippines

With a new President comes new promises of change, but we all know that change isn’t truly possible unless we all work together for the betterment of our country. Brian Lacaba, an Engineer ECE by profession, has himself been working hard on ideas for the past three years to bring about real change in the country.

“I’ve just been waiting for the right President to implement this matter,” Brian says. “It’s the most effective way to reduce crime and reach the President’s goal of having less violence in 6 months with less force.” Brian has asked us to help spread his ideas with hopes of some of them being implemented. Check out his ideas below.

5. NATIONAL ID SYSTEM

4. BIOMETRIC ATTENDANCE

3. SIM CARD REGISTRATION
– 1 simcard 1 person policy or 1 simcard for each network provider. Kailangan ma-rehistro pra ma-trace mga kriminal lalo mga dugo-dugo gang. Kailangan required and National ID na naka-link sa database if you have criminal records bago makakuha ng simcard para ma-trace agad if may kriminal records ang gagamit ng SIM card na usually ginagamit sa nga illegal activity.

2. GoPRO Camera for Traffic Enforcers
