The Polytechnic University of the Philippines – College of Business Administration, Department of Management will host the 4th Annual HR Students Convention with the theme “Crossing Borders: HR Beyond Limitations.” on March 3 to 5 at Bulwagang Balagtas NALLRC PUP Sta. Mesa.
The HR Students Convention is a yearly event which aims to prepare the students become proactive in timely issues and challenges in today’s broader perspective in the field of human resource. This year, with approximately 3,000 participants, including fourteen (14) participating colleges and universities, the convention will tackle the challenges of facing the unrelenting transformation of economic set up as we face the ASEAN Community 2015.
The event will strengthen the will and motivations of HR students to continue pursuing the program and make them fully understand the promising future in HR practice. It will also be adherent in providing an in-depth understanding of how HR deals with the fiercer competition for global talent pool.
HR executives from 3 biggest TV Networks (GMA, ABS-CBN, TV 5) in one big event will come together to share their best practices in the field of human resources. Most sought-after leaders in the industry will also grace the occasion.
The 4th Annual Human Resource Students Convention will explore the increasing role of HR in the world of business as they go beyond their limitations.
