People flock to this place for a very good reason: their 58-peso beers. Not only are the beers cheap, their food is also very affordable! But that doesn’t mean quality is sacrificed. Everything on their menu is a hit. For the price, the quality of food is unbelievably good and the servings? Unbelievably generous.
3. Frankie’s New York Buffalo Wings

You can never go wrong with wings, let alone with some of the best in the Metro! Frankie’s New York Buffalo Wings sports a wide variety of mouth-watering yet affordable wings (Garlic Parmesan, anyone?) paired with a lineup of BELOW-ZERO beers starting at Php55.
If you’re looking for a fun night with a group or with a date over really good food and cold beers, then Frankie’s New York Buffalo Wings is the way to go. It’s light-hearted – a place for light conversations and easy talks. It’s non-pretentious; skip the formalities and dig right in. It feels like home; go wild and make a mess and nobody will judge you.
Be warned, though: the place gets really packed and the line can get pretty long, even on weeknights. Plus, they don’t accept reservations, so you;d better come in early. We can’t blame them; it just proves how good of a joint Frankie’s New York Buffalo Wings is. Being one of the longest-standing hangout joints, you might even consider it as the cornerstone of the city’s nightlife and there’s a very good reason to that, which we we’ll get to later.
The place has it all: Good food, fast service, great drinks, and a very nice neighborhood. The music’s not too loud nor too quiet – perfect for conversations. The ambiance is pretty relaxed and laidback. Walk in with your flip-flops and short shorts on a Friday night and the crew will welcome you with warm smiles; but this doesn’t mean that the place compromises on class. And the food… oh, the food… The list can go on and on, but to put it simply: Bugsy’s Sports Bar and Bistro is a no-frills place where you can go in, drink, and let loose.
Bugsy’s Sports Bar and Bistro might not be the cheapest one on the list, but that doesn’t mean the frugal spender can’t go there.
