There are a lot of hybrid dishes out there nowadays that involve tacos, but the Pig Face Tacos at Todd English are ones that really stick out. Their version of the “sisig taco” involves crispy pork cheeks, crispy ears, sautéed snouts, pica de gallo, black bean puree and fresh guacamole.
