The cool December climate and the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season found the celebration of the 13th edition of Bimmerfest.
Bimmerfest is an all BMW car show hosted by the BMW Car Club of the Philippines (BMWCCP). What used to be an event held during the scorching heat of the Philippine summer has now found its way to much cooler months. This year’s event was staged in Capitol Commons in Pasig City.
Forty five BMW cars made up the exhibit which was composed of different variants of the Munich based car maker known for its tagline “The Ultimate Driving Machine”.
The BMW Owners Society of Saferides or BOSS also displayed varieties of their two wheeled BMW counterpart. BMWCCP and BOSS are the only two BMW Clubs in the country recognized by BMW AG and is a member of the International Council of BMW Clubs under BMW Clubs Asia.
What made Bimmerfest extra special this year is BMWCCP’s celebration for winning the much coveted BMW International Club of the Year Award for 2016. It is the highest recognition awarded to an official BMW Club worldwide. Now that is indeed world class!
