5. Lolita Mansion (Day) and Bloodborne Mansion (Night)

Like to take selfies? The Lolita Mansion is for you, as long as you go during the day. During the day, you get to enter a beautiful Victorian mansion where Lolitas walk around and entertain you. You’re also encouraged to take selfies with the beautiful girls, and it’s hard to resist their colorful outfits and hair. But when night falls, the Lolitas transform into bloodthirsty creatures who want to remain forever young. We dare you try and take a selfie with them (I didn’t)!

4. 15 Years of Horror

If you’ve missed Ocean Park’s previous Halloween Fests, you must, must, must check out 15 Years of Horror. Here, you get to experience Halloween Fest’s best, like the haunted elevator from Estate of Horror in 2008, the Police Station No. 13 in 2009, and the creepy wedding from Chinese Wedding of the Departed in 2009. The ghosts from Halloween Fests past will be back with updated looks, so this is a history lesson in all things spooky. Be prepared to scream!

3. Puppet Master’s Deadly Workshop

Scared of that puppet in Saw? Then you better avoid Puppet Master’s Deadly Workshop. Or better yet, put it at the top of your list, because you’re guaranteed to scream your lungs out when you walk through this workshop. Here, an aging puppet master brings to life puppets to care for his dying wife. Soon, the puppets turn evil and become murderous. The scariest thing about this attraction is that the paths are narrow, so you can’t escape them. They’ll surprise you at every turn and shout, “Please stay with me!”

2. The Walking Dead: Survival

Fans of The Walking Dead should be excited because they can experience the show first-hand! In The Walking Dead: Survival, guests must escape from familiar scenes in the TV series, like Woodbury, the prison, and Terminus. The attraction is part of an official collaboration with Fox International Channels, so you can bet that this is going to be authentic. The zombies look really scary with their convincing makeup, and if you go alone, you might start believing it was real. And if you don’t want the terror to stop, you can always buy official The Walking Dead merchandise.

1. H15

If there’s one attraction you absolutely cannot miss at Halloween Fest, it would have to be H15. H15, or Halloween Fest 15, is the highlight of Ocean Park’s celebration. This year, Ocean Park pulled out all the stops for a spine-chilling experience: Guests have to go alone on a 10-minute journey where they experience their own death. They are bound to a hospital bed, and a corpse bearer pushes them to their funeral, then a crematorium (the scariest part), and the various levels of Chinese hell, each one scarier than the last. Finally, a judge gives his verdict on which hell the guest deserves to be in, depending on their sins. Take note all of this is happening while guests are bound in bed!

Hong Kong Ocean Park’s Halloween Fest is surely not to be missed. If you want thrills, chills, and a good scare, there’s only one place to go!
