Most people know Heidi Klum as a supermodel and the host of Project Runway, the TV competition looking for the next best designer. She always looks chic in her designer clothes, and she can make a tank top look like it’s the most expensive thing in the world. What many do not know is that Klum takes Halloween as seriously as a multi-million dollar campaign, and she is known for her outlandish and extravagant costumes.
